Just add a bag to your order and email us at info@beesybox.co.uk to let us know that you would like your item wrapped in the bag and any message you would like to add. It could fit 3 Holztiger animals, couple of board books or a Maileg big sister/brother mouse in a matchbox for example. Bigger items might require our gift wrapping service. If you are not sure about the size, just email us beforehand.

Unfortunately we cannot offer international shipping at the moment.

We use Royal Mail for most of our parcels. If your parcels is over 2 kg then it would be send by courier service.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
