We recognise the importance of minimising our impact on the planet. When it comes to packaging, we use recyclable or reused materials. Our parcels are packed in cardboard boxes, cushioned with recyclable paper and closed with strong paper tape. We also keep all packaging from stock deliveries to reuse in your parcels. Often we cut boxes to size in order to use less cushioning paper, so sometimes the box you receive from us might not be very pretty, but know that this is done on purpose and it's kinder to the planet.
We work hard to send your orders as fast as possible. We dispatch orders daily Monday - Friday and most orders are sent same or next working day. However, please allow up to 3 working days in busy periods (Christmas and Easter for example).
Yes, by typing the recipient's address in the delivery address section. If you'd like to include a gift message , just email the message and your order number at info@beesybox.co.uk and we will make sure to include it in your order free of extra charge.
Gift wrap is also available at checkout with option for gift message included. The result of this service is a beautifully wrapped present, tied with pretty ribbon. Our gift wrapping paper is 100% FSC certified wrapping paper from Maileg.
